The Institute of Master and Postgraduate Education
of the University of banking of the National bank of Ukraine (Kyiv)
- a structured subdivision of the University of banking of the National Bank of Ukraine, headed by Ph.D. in Economics, associate professor Tetiana Girchenko.
The Institute of the Master and Postgraduate Education organizes research and evaluation, educational and methodical activities for the purpose of providing Masters and Postgraduates with the high-quality training in theoretical knowledge acquisition and practical field experience by the educational-qualification levels of Master and Postgraduate license occupations in accordance with the current legislation and education standards.
The Institute of the Master and Postgraduate Education carries out advanced training of officials and the Ukrainian banks employees and also trains, retrains and improves skills of the public sector workers, the financial and non-bank institutions specialists; holds purpose-made courses and seminars on commission from the NBU, banking institutions of Ukraine, self-supporting enterprises, institutions and organizations.
Training here is directed towards the profound specialized education along with the maintaining of the theoretical skills high level by means of formation of the different kinds of programs with the following particular qualities:
- profound academic education;
- well-defined effect-oriented trend;
- students individual interests allowance;
- high degree of adaptation to the business needs;
- education intensity.
The Institute of the Master and Postgraduate Education trains Masters and Postgraduates under the following specialized programs:
- Corporate governance in a bank.
- Financial monitoring in a bank.
- Lending institutions finances.
- Accounting and auditing in banks.
